Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
CUSTOMER ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY: Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping addresses. Flavanic is not responsible for delivery delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses. Address changes after processing may incur additional fees.

Delivered but Not Received: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours, your building’s mailroom, or your local post office. If you still don't receive it after 7 business days, please reach out to us.

Lost in Transit: If your package is lost during transit, contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
- Liability: Flavanic is not responsible for stolen packages or incorrect addresses provided at checkout unless Order Protection was purchased.
Address Changes & Order Modifications

Flavanic shall not be liable for any shipping delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government actions, pandemic restrictions, carrier disruptions, or other acts of God. In such cases, delivery times may be extended to an unknown duration without any requirement for us to take any action.
