Why is my order delayed longer than 7 days?
Our products are in high demand and follow strict production protocols to ensure quality. If your order is taking longer than expected, it's likely due to a brief period of being out of stock while we restock through production.

If my order doesn’t arrive, can I get a reshipment?
If your order hasn’t arrived, don’t worry — we’ve got you.
Please contact us at support@flavanic.com, and our support team will quickly send you a free reshipment and issue a partial refund as a sincere apology for the delay.
Why didn’t you inform me of a delay?
At Flavanic, we prioritize product quality and consistency above all else. Because our products go through rigorous production protocols and are made in limited, high-quality batches, unexpected delays can occasionally happen — especially when demand is high.
That said, we should have done a better job keeping you in the loop, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of proactive communication. We're already working on improving our notification system so you're never left guessing.

This isn’t what I expected. Can I get a refund?

How do I return this?
Just reach out to support@flavanic.com, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue you a 100% refund — no questions asked.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been fulfilled, we’re happy to help. Just email support@flavanic.com, and our support team will quickly update your shipping address before the package leaves our facility.
