We offer a 90 day money back guarantee on your first purchase of each product per household. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 90 days of delivery.

To qualify under the money back guarantee:

  • The refund applies only to the first order of each product per household

  • One refund per product per household is permitted

  • The request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you. Photo verification may be required.

What Is Eligible for a Refund

Refunds are issued only for the following situations:

  • Receipt of a damaged product

Refunds outside these conditions are not available.

Used Product Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flavanic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the refund process, except where prohibited by law.
